The Urbis Group creates high quality residential and commercial developments in carefully selected locations that seek to minimise the ecological footprint, the impact on the environment and that deliver positive benefits to the local communities in which they are developed.

Each new development project will aim to achieve the highest environmental sustainability rating through a combination of building energy efficiency design, use of sustainable and locally sourced products, the implementation of low carbon emission and renewable energy sources and aesthetic and complimentary design strategies that deliver value to the communities in which they are built. The vast majority of development projects selected by Urbis are focused on brown field sites or on the refurbishment of existing buildings within urban locations.

All Urbis developments will seek to exceed current sustainability guidelines and Urbis will continue to adopt new methods of construction to improve environmental sustainability as they evolve.
